Terms of Use
The rules governing access to the RnDVerse website, programs and partnership platform.

1. Acceptance
By accessing rndverse.in or engaging with any RnDVerse program, you agree to these Terms. If you are using RnDVerse on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Services
RnDVerse provides research, innovation labs, applied AI solutions, partnership programs, learning-with-earning tracks and related content. Specific deliverables, timelines and commercials are governed by separately signed Statements of Work or program agreements.
3. Eligibility
Partnership and program participation may be subject to eligibility checks including institutional verification, KYC/KYB and compliance screening. RnDVerse reserves the right to decline or end any engagement that does not meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — no unauthorised access, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, transmission of malware, infringement of third-party rights, or use of RnDVerse content for activities that violate applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
All RnDVerse trademarks, content, code, datasets and research outputs remain the property of RnDVerse or its licensors. Foreground IP created under a partnership is governed by the agreed IP framework in the relevant Statement of Work. Background IP stays with the originating party.
6. User submissions
When you submit a partnership inquiry, application or content, you grant RnDVerse a limited licence to use that material strictly to evaluate, respond and operate the program. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you submit.
7. Fees and payments
Where a program involves fees, grants, royalties or revenue share, those terms are documented in a signed agreement. Public website access remains free of cost.
8. Confidentiality
Information clearly marked or reasonably understood as confidential — including partner roadmaps, datasets and unpublished research — is protected under standard confidentiality obligations and any signed NDA.
9. Disclaimers
RnDVerse content and tools are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a specific purpose beyond what is committed in a signed agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RnDVerse will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Aggregate liability arising from website use (without a signed engagement) is limited to INR 10,000.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any contrary provision in a signed partnership agreement.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The 'Last updated' date below reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
