1. Who we are
RnDVerse is an AI-driven Research & Innovation ecosystem operating research labs, partnership programs and digital platforms. This policy applies to all RnDVerse websites, programs and partner engagements.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, work email, organisation, role and the content of your inquiry — when you submit partnership, contact or program forms. We also collect limited technical data (IP address, device, referrer, anonymous analytics events) to operate and secure our services.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate partnership fit, deliver requested programs, send program-related updates you opted into, secure our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract (e.g. an active partnership), our legitimate interest in operating RnDVerse responsibly, and compliance with applicable Indian and international law including the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with: (a) authorised RnDVerse staff and contractors under confidentiality, (b) infrastructure sub-processors (cloud hosting, email, analytics) under data-processing agreements, and (c) competent authorities where legally required. We never share partner inquiry content with third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Partnership and contact records are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 36 months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law or active dispute. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@rndverse.in and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access control, audited infrastructure and an incident response process. No system is perfectly secure — we will notify affected users of any material breach in line with applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law evolves. The 'Last updated' date below reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through our website or directly to active partners.
